Staffing Recommendations

  • 1 Chef per 50 guests: $75/hr

  • 1 Waitstaff per 50 guests: $75/hr (minimum 4 hours)

  • Staff hours include setup, service, and bump-out; final staffing recommendations will be provided with your quote
