Lunch Buffet

Our menus are inspired by local seasonal produce. 

Bespoke menus and packages available for regular events, please get in contact to discuss.  

 

MAINS 

House smoked Salmon, charred limes, pickled cucumber
Roasted free range chicken marinated in our fermented chilli, black vinegar 
Char grilled Picanha, black garlic butter, Jus
House smoked brisket, molasses bbq sauce 
Charred cabbage wedges, house dukkah (vg)

Smokey eggplant schnitzel, green goddess (v)



Sides & Salads

Crispy potatoes, rosemary and thyme salt (vg)
Miso glazed kobocha pumpkin, black sesame, coriander (vg)

Gem lettuce, radicchio, radish, green herb, citrus vinegar (vg)
Cos wedge, sourdough crouton, crispy shallots, buttermilk dressing 
Potato salad, kipfler, herby green goddess, watercress (vg)
Puy lentil, caramelised carrot, broccolini, feta, smoked almonds  

Seasonal Vegetable frittata 

Sourdough bread, Olive oil $5pp 

 

Suggested Options 

2 Mains, 3 sides/salads $50pp 

1 Main, 3 sides/salads $40pp 

1 Main, 2 Sides/salads $35pp

 

 

Both Menus can be served as:

1 - a styled table for bookings of 30 or more (set up fee applies depending on location)

*styling includes dried native florals, biodegradable bowls and cutlery, tablecloths & styling equipment or

2 - served in biodegradable serveware boxes.
