Deli Sandwich and Salad Bar

Our menus are inspired by local seasonal produce.

Sandwich and salad bar $35pp

A selection of seasonal salads and deli sandwiches using artisanal cheese, local charcuterie, house made pickles and preserves 

Sample menu below: 

Miso glazed kobocha pumpkin, black sesame, coriander salad (vg)
Farmers market slaw, cabbage, apple, fennel, kale, yogurt dressing, smoked almonds 

Mortadella, artichoke, ricotta, fermented chilli
Creamy herby poached chicken, waldorf style

Roasted vegetables, romesco, spinach (vg)   


Menus can be served as:

1 - a styled table for bookings of 30 or more (set up fee applies depending on location)

*styling includes dried native florals, biodegradable bowls and cutlery, tablecloths & styling equipment or

2 - served in biodegradable serveware boxes.
